The appearance of a powder coated finish is nearly identical to a 2-coat paint job but it “acts like armor”, protecting your metal parts and surfaces from corrosion, heat, scratches, wear-and-tear, and extreme weather conditions. Powder coat is also resistant to chemicals and spills. Brake fluid will eat through paint but not powder coat.

A Better-Than-Factory Finish
Powder coating is different from spray painting. Powder coat is composed of ground pigment and resin particles. Powder coat is composed of ground pigment and resin particles that are electrostatically charged and sprayed onto a grounded metal part. The coated part is then cured in an oven, fusing the powder coating to the part. The result is an even, durable, top quality finish. Powder coat does not run, drip or sag as it cures.
Our finishes are all applied by hand with more coating thickness than factories apply, and each and every part is inspected to ensure total customer satisfaction.
A Full Palette of Powder Coat Colors
Colors are available in flat, satin, gloss, high gloss, metallic, candies, clear, iridescent, fluorescent, wrinkle, hammer tone, and glitter finishes. For lowest cost and fastest turnaround, we recommend choosing from our standard colors and finishes. Textures range from smooth to wrinkled or matte finishes. We also have finishes with rough textures that hide surface imperfections.
